Facade painting by rope access — from substrate preparation to the final coat. We use paints matched to the substrate. Every stage is documented photographically.
Window cleaning on high-rise buildings, atriums and locations beyond reach of standard methods. We work on monthly, quarterly or annual cycles — under a service agreement.
Safe installation and removal of signs, banners, air-conditioning units, antennas and structural elements. All work in line with at-height work protocol and OHS standards.
Unblocking of gutters, downpipes and rainwater drainage systems. After cleaning we issue a report describing the state of the installation.
Periodic facade inspections required by building law. We check expansion joints, fixings, seals and joinery — with full photo documentation and a punch list of repairs.
Cleaning of industrial structures — silos, production halls, chimneys, tanks. We use rope-access techniques wherever scaffolding would be cost-prohibitive.
Installation of bird-deterrent systems — spikes, nets and tensioned wires. Effective protection of cornices, sills, parapets and chimneys against droppings and damage.
